Primary Responsibilities

• Capture high quality photographs of students, graduates, and staff members
• Organize materials to ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available

• Accurately complete and return all required materials within assigned timelines

Role Summary

This intern would be tasked with creating mobile-first videos for paid and organic social media channels. This includes planning, filming, editing, and scheduling these videos in the appropriate channels. The role will capture footage at the main office in Oklahoma City, as well as offsite events for our 4 different brands: Candid Color Systems, Candid Color Photography/ Party Pics, NowCandid and TSS photography.

This intern role will earn $10/hour and will work 20 hours minimum, up to 30 hours is available in our OKC office and occasionally on location in and around OKC.

Essential Job Duties

• Create organic social video using Instagram’s native Reels features
• Keep up with current trending videos and audios
• Capture, edit, and schedule product photos of in-house product offerings in the lab
• Film and edit short form videos using Capcut or other editing software
• Update and maintain project schedule/timeline for content and creative deliverables
• Manage ongoing projects simultaneously within our Project Management System

Role Summary

The Social Media Intern will be responsible for creating & posting social media content for one or more of our brands including Candid Color Systems, Candid Color Photography and Party Pics as directed by the marketing staff. This position will contribute to content creation/management of social media content, including but not limited to posting content to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn. The role can also include capturing photo & video content, editing videos & graphics and tracking performance of social media content.

This candidate will assist in creating social media plans and campaigns, as well as reporting on campaigns. This candidate will be skilled in social media research and case studies, and be able to analyze successful brand campaigns.

In this role, you’ll assist with day-to-day needs across a variety of projects and learn the hubspot CRM platform. The candidate would also have input on content and creative used for each business division they are assigned.

This role will earn $10/hour and will work 20 hours minimum, with up to 30 hours available, in our OKC office.

Essential Job Duties

• Develop lead generation strategy and campaigns for email and social media channels
• Research and report on lead generation opportunities and prospects
• Learn about the business from a marketing and production perspective
• Assist in marketing to new business prospects
• Learn the hubspot CRM platform
• Find lead sources for each business vertical assigned
• Frequent use of web and email analytics

Education, Skills & Qualifications

• Strong copywriting and communication skills
