Primary Responsibilities

• Capture high quality photographs of students, graduates, and staff members
• Organize materials to ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available
• Work closely with staff to establish set-up area, flow, and effectively resolve any issues
• Maintain equipment in a safe manner according to company guidelines
• Accurately complete and return all required materials within assigned timelines
• Follow all company polices and represent Candid Color in a professional manner
• Use safe work habits, including proper lifting and safe driving
• Maintain confidentiality of client information

We are searching for someone with a proven sales background and a passion for sports. Whether you have experience as a coach, referee, athletic director, or former high school or college athlete, we want to hear from you.

Job duties

• Contacting potential leads within leagues, high schools, and middle schools to secure bookings for team and individual photo sessions.
• Maintain accurate records in our database,
• Conduct a minimum of 6 sales calls per day,
• Quickly become knowledgeable about our photography services to
• Effectively communicate with clients to secure bookings

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary of $40,000 per year with potential to earn commission. Our commission structure includes 10% on new business and 5% on rebooking’s, with commissions paid monthly after the completion of photo shoots.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with some weekend work, balanced by time off during the regular workweek. Your typical workdays will be Monday through Friday, with hours varying depending on booking schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

The Printer Laser Technician will assist with the production facility running smoothly by troubleshooting, repairing, disassembling & rebuilding production equipment. Help maintain and stock consumables & equipment parts, cleaning and organizing work areas. Assist in maintaining consistent color and quality of all the equipment used in producing products. Assume other responsibilities as needed.

Standard working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 1 hour for lunch.
Busy season working hours maybe altered to fit the needs of production
We also work some weekends and extra hours during the busy season (April, May & June)

Responsibilities:

• Perform laser system installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with laser systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance on laser equipment
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, and inventory
• Previous experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and ability to read schematics
• Proficient in using hand tools for equipment repair
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to read ohm meters

Job Requirements:

• Must successfully pass color vision test.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Mechanical aptitude a plus.
• Good oral and written skills. Must be computer literate.
• Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
