We’ve officially wrapped up the 2025 Candid Summer Seminar, and this year’s gathering in Oklahoma City reminded us why this community is so special. From product deep-dives and open discussions to awards, food trucks, and live music, the seminar delivered an experience filled with insight, energy, and genuine connection.
A Tradeshow-Style Seminar with Purpose
This year’s event introduced a tradeshow-style format that encouraged real-time learning and interaction. Attendees had the chance to explore new tools and workflows, connect one-on-one with the Candid team, and participate in practical sessions that reflected the real challenges and opportunities facing our industry. We especially enjoyed this style of seminar because many of our incredible behind-the-scenes CCS employees were able to share their expertise one-on-one and answer any burning questions. Plus, it was fun! With innovative themes in each booth we brought the morale.
What stood out most was the spirit of engagement. From thoughtful presentations to collaborative problem-solving, it was clear that our partners came ready to share, listen, and learn together.
Professional Growth with Stacy Eads
A highlight of the seminar was our session with guest speaker Stacy Eads, who introduced us to the DISC personality assessment. Her presentation offered practical guidance on how to better understand communication styles and improve collaboration, both in hiring and in daily work.
As a company, we plan to apply these insights across our teams and encourage our partners to do the same. Stronger communication leads to better results, and the DISC framework gave us a fresh lens for building more aligned and productive relationships.

We were proud to present the Jack Counts Customer of the Year Award to Holly Freedman of Ultimate Exposures. A Celebration to Remember
After a full day of learning and discussion, we gathered outside for our Food Truck Palooza. The evening was filled with great food, relaxed conversation, and live music that brought everyone together. The band played, the lights glowed, and the atmosphere reminded us why personal connection is at the heart of everything we do.
