We will be staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown – Broadway. Keep in mind, we only have a certain number of rooms at a contracted rate in our room block. These rooms will be released on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations made after the room block is full will be accommodated based on availability at the best available rate. The cutoff date is Friday, June 14th.

  • Resort Fees waived on final bill. We negotiated  “no resort fee” into our group rate contract.   However, this is something the hotel doesn’t usually allow, and their online booking software is not capable of removing it at the time of booking.  The $20 day charge will show up on your booking receipt but will be removed from your final bill.
