We only charge an Ecommerce fee when an order is placed via our Ecommerce site by your customer. Ecommerce fees are calculated on the subtotal collected.

• Preorders will be 4% (unless you are in the 3% tier)
• Event Day Sales (the Photo Match “Same Day” discount)* – 2%.
• $1,000,000+ in ecommerce sales – 3%
• Greater than or equal to $750k to $999,999.99 – 4%
• Greater than or equal to $500,000 to $749,999.99 – 5%
• Greater than or equal to $250,000 to $499,999.99 – 6%
• Greater than or equal to $100,000 to $249,999.99 – 7%
• Under $100k – 8%
• Ecommerce fees will change each year for your account on August 1st. They are based on the previous year’s volume.
• And we store your images for 15+ years!
