Candid Color Systems® provides a personal Customer Service Representative from the time customers first open their account. Our customers can always contact anyone in Customer Support to assist them. Customer Service and Technical Support is available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CST. Technical Support is available for software emergencies after normal business hours. Candid Color also provides customer service to photographer's end-customers if desired at no additional charge.

The Customer Service department handles inquiries regarding:
