The meetings will run from 9am-4pm with coffee being served starting at 8:30am.Each topic will be covered for at least an hour. The smaller regional meeting size will allow us to end each topic with an open discussion on that subject.

Event Photography in 2013- we are WAY beyond password cards or shoot-and-post in mass!
New developments in email collection, email marketing and online sales make shooting large events (including public events) more manageable and profitable. Password cards and simply posting online are not the best you can do. Hear real-world examples of large events being shot using locator cards and hear how building a database can be critical. See profit-models using successful events including how labor and photographer pay factors into your plan. Event photography can also become more lucrative with sponsorships which can be applied to prints, downloads, emails and website graphics. See examples of how you can make this happen and much more!
Email marketing- using campaigns and new CCS email features to make more money!
We have known for quite some time that using an email campaign on a View First™ (speculation) event is critical. We also know that email collection and marketing on pre-pay events can have a big impact. We will give real-world examples of how emails have spurred substantial extra sales on pre-pay events and how those emails can also be used for pre-marketing with success. Some new CCS website options also facilitate the use of emails for converting abandoned shopping carts. Take advantage of CCS' policy to keep images for 5 years! We encourage you to learn about the tools we offer and how you can make extra money off of your images during our extended storage period using emails. There is a lot to discuss!

Green screen demonstration- what are your options and what does the immediate future hold
Shooting green screen has seen some big advancement recently! We know that green screen could be used very effectively in schools, sports and events. We have even used green screen in a studio setting and learned the ups and downs that are associated with this type of a shoot. Using green screen opens a lot of doors and CCS has provided some tools in recent months to help facilitate the sales of your green screen images.
