|We would like to thank all of the customers who attended the CCS Summer Seminar in San Francisco. We had great attendance, a great location and a great time! (Great scenery, great food, fun, fun, fun!) Lots of information was shared. Customers from all over the country networked before, after, and in- between sessions.
We had live demonstrations of CCS'SNAP-e program, select-a-scene, green screen rendering, our new mobile website and more! We discussed the need for immediacy, graduations, sports, group pictures and the vision for the future. We want to thank our customer, Alex Ipiotis, for a fantastic presentation on schools. His use of View First marketing as a booking tool surely inspired a lot of people. We would also like to thank our customer Tim McConnell. His speech on utilizing CCS tools and his real world examples of the increase in business he has garnered as a result of following best practices using our tools was really motivational. Not to mention, Tim's enthusiasm for the business is contagious!
We hope that all in attendance found our guest speaker, Steve Mulvany, to be a great addition to this meeting. (I know we did!) His insights and stories on customer service have inspired a lot of people in our CCS family to become agents of change and improvement in their organization. His "No-Fault" customer service philosophy has improved many successful organizations.
It is always daunting to break away from our busy, day-to-day routines. However, we find that many of our best ideas come from the times we are outside of our office walls. The time to talk face-to-face with you, our customers, is invaluable. We hope that you find the time to connect and share just as valuable.
