Aloha! We are pleased to share the details of our 2013 Maui promotional trip! Each year we like to offer CCS customers a chance to get away at our expense! You could win up to four trips to Maui by opening a CCS account and meeting our trip requirements listed below.

2013 Maui Promotional Trip

Promotion Dates: July 10, 2012- July 9, 2013 (inclusive) Promotion Prize: You could win up to 4 trips to Maui! Promotional trips include round trip airfare from San Francisco (the location of our CCS summer seminar) to Maui and hotel accommodations for the respective number of winners. Hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy and include room and tax. Any modifications to airfare or room accommodations are at the winner's expense.

Prize Dates: The exact air travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for Maui are still to be determined. Travel dates are as follows: Those going on the trip would leave San Francisco on July, 24th and return on the 28th - arriving back on the mainland on July, 29th (overnight flight).

Promotion Rules & Eligibility: Any CCS customer or GS franchisee account who meets the below requirements prior to the promotion's end can win. CCS/GS accounts must increase their lab business over last fiscal years' business by a certain dollar amount to receive promotional trip(s).  This dollar amount does not pertain to retail sales increases; it strictly pertains to an increase in lab business. Lab business includes manufactured goods, digital services provided by Candid, online image hosting and retail website fees. Shipping and the payment processing fee collected on online orders are excluded. (Shipping consists of the materials, postage or fed ex cost and mail manifest fee.)

$15,000 increase earns a trip for one
$25,000 increase earns a trip for two
$37,500 increase earns a trip for three
$50,000 increase earns a trip for four

Maximum of four trips per account

Stipulations:
  • Customer/Owner must not have any outstanding liabilities to Candid Color Systems
  • One trip must be used by the owner or a  full-time managerial employee
  • The owner or managerial employee who takes the trip must attend the 2013 summer seminar in order to receive the trip or to redeem the cash value of the trip
  • Subsequent trips beyond the first trip may be used by spouses, other family members or employees
  • Trips may be redeemed for HALF the cash value of the trip, in the form of a lab credit, if the winner cannot attend the trip
  • CCS must be notified 14 days prior to the trip to redeem the trip for cash value via lab credit
  • Final lab sales will be calculated after any credits are issued
  • Each customer/owner's status will be updated monthly starting in September 2012.
