OUR VIEWFIRST™ SPORTS MARKETING SYSTEM

With the ViewFirst™ option, you can beat your competition and win business by selling the method of no cash upfront and online viewing. You shoot several poses, then provide simple instructions for online ordering. Leagues love this coach-friendly option which allows parents to view your proofs online first, before ordering, without having to remember envelopes or money on shoot day. ViewFirst™ is well suited to junior high, high school and college team sports. Coaches and Leagues are not required to collect money upfront or distribute envelopes or product upon completion.  ViewFirst™ also allows for you to pick what level of work you are able to commit to each shoot, whether it’s a simple posting online through creating custom links and hard copy proofs.

We offer flexibility to use as much or as little of our software systems as you need.  Here are some options:

1. Shoot, pass out webcards, and post.  This is the easiest method, but requires that customers proactively go to your site to order photos. This can be done with our QuicPics software.
2. Shoot, collect email addresses from parents and players, post and email to provide team-wide link to all player photos. This utilizes our QuicPics software system, also.
3. Shoot, collect email addresses, identify images by matching email addresses to players’ photos, post and email to provide a link to each individual’s photos. This utilizes our CORE software system.
4. Shoot, collect email addresses, identify images by matching email addresses to players’ photos , post, email with individual’s photos and mail hard copy proofs, as well This utilizes our CORE software system.

As an additional benefit with ViewFirst, all orders can be sent directly to your customers from our lab which is a significant time savings to the customer.
