TRAINING
Candid Color Systems takes great pride in offering our customers the best support in the industry. As part of this support, we have developed special training tools that have become invaluable to our customers and the growth of their businesses. Training is available to all Candid Color Systems customers through how-to literature, seminars, videos, CD's, on-site instruction, and monthly newsletters.
Candid Color Systems offers training in how-to literature that we call Quicguides. These Quicguides can be received in pamphlet form or downloaded from our internal customer website, CandidNet. CCS has Quicguides available for the following subjects: shooting graduations, shooting Proms/Dances, the Olympus E10, Canon 10D, Canon G2, Canon G3-G5, Kodak DC4800, Nikon D100, Nikon D1H, Nikon D70 and digital photography basics. Training articles are also found in our monthly newsletter called Developments.
Candid Color Systems holds one or two national seminars each year. The purpose of the seminar is to provide a forum for our customers to network with one another and to present ideas for increasing business and enhancing productivity. Customers, Candid Color staff, and guest speakers present relevant information to our customers. These seminars are held in attractive locales and are moved around the nation to provide ease of travel to customers in various parts of the country. The seminars are provided free of charge; customers pay for their travel, food, and lodging only.
In addition to national seminars, Candid Color Systems also hosts one or more workshops annually. These workshops are designed to provide hands-on, face-to-face training for customers on a variety of topics. CCS provides training for topics such as how-to-shoot specific market types and software. These workshops also give customers a chance to try out cameras that CCS has selected as good options.
For excellent year-round training CCS uses a web-based service called Web Ex. This service allows CCS to conduct online classes for software and other important topics. CCS provides this service to our customers at no cost. Web Ex can also be used to troubleshoot any problems or questions that our customers may have.
As an added level of training and service, representatives of our Customer Development staff are trained to assist in developing your business. They can offer advice on different photographic markets and sales. In addition, Customer Development Representatives are experienced photographers who are available to assist in shooting your special events.
