Expectations would include: accomplish objectives by managing staff; plan and evaluate employees; achieve results and meet goals.

Duties:
* Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; develop personal growth opportunities.
* Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; plan, schedule and appraise job results; coach, counsel, and discipline employees; develop, coordinate, and enforce, policies, procedures, and goal expectations.
* Accomplish financial objectives by following instructions and requirements. Must have a strong background in sales.

Skills/Qualifications:

Preference will be given to applicants with previous Portrait Studio Management Experience.

Candidates must have a College Degree with emphasis in Photography, Communication, Advertising and Marketing, Journalism, or other specialty that would relate to our business. Experience in the photography field or sales is preferred but not required. The applicant should also be computer literate with familiarity with Word, Excel, and Social Networking. Applicant must be proficient at public speaking and writing. The applicant must be goal oriented and a problem solver. A sense of urgency is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Consistently capture high quality photographs of students, graduates and staff members. Organize materials to ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available resulting in a smooth process. Work closely with staff to establish set-up area, class flow, and effectively resolve any issues. Assemble equipment at each site. Maintain equipment in a safe manner and according to company guidelines. Accurately complete and return all required materials within assigned timelines. Follow all company polices and represent Candid Color in a professional manner at all times. Use safe work habits, including proper lifting and safe driving. Maintain confidentiality of school and student related information.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision with a team. Willing to work a varied seasonal schedule, including early mornings or evenings. Accessibility to reliable insured transportation to reach assigned locations. Vehicle insurance must be current and in compliance with state law. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to learn to operate camera equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for short periods.

Typical duties for this position would include marketing related research, building spreadsheets, occasionally writing articles on assigned topics for newsletters, organizing sample products, organizing images to be used in advertising, basic image editing, setting up appointments for staff members and event planning.

Requirements:

• Photoshop skills- have or willing to learn basics
• Excel proficiency is a must
• Must be able to write well
• Photography interest not required but a plus
• Comfort level with anything online and software
• Must be highly organized
• Must be comfortable contacting customers via phone and email

Duties for this position will include assisting in the set-up and execution of model and product shoots for catalog and advertising images, organizing all released sample images company-wide and the selection or creation of images/graphics to be used on websites, social media and in advertising pieces.

Requirements:

• Strong Photoshop skills
· A portfolio of sample images is a plus
• Excel proficiency
• Photography experience a plus
• Comfort level with anything online and software
• Must be highly organized

Duties for this position include writing and editing articles for company newsletters, blogs and social media. Duties also include interviewing customers and staff for material, some management of social media entities, creation of how-to guides and website updates.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with basic social media platforms including but not limited to:

Typical duties for this position include the need to organize and conduct model and product shoots to create an array of sample photos for advertising, social media and catalogs. Duties also include organizing and editing images and possibly the creation of catalogs and brochures. This position may also be asked to do some video work related to model shoots and training videos.

• Good knowledge of photography including lighting
